Build the Future of Healthcare Coordination

Join us in solving real-world healthcare challenges that impact millions of patients

Early Stage, High Impact

We're currently a founder-led startup participating in UoB Elevate Cohort 5. While we're not hiring full-time employees yet, we're building relationships with talented individuals who want to be part of the journey.

We expect to start building the team in late 2026 following successful pilot programmes and seed funding.

Our Culture & Values

Clinical First

We build solutions for real clinical problems, tested by healthcare professionals, designed to improve patient care.

Evidence-Based

We make decisions based on data, user research, and evidence. No guessing, no assumptions, no vanity metrics.

Collaborative

We work with the NHS, not against it. Respectful partnerships, open communication, shared goals.

Growth Mindset

We're always learning, iterating, and improving. Failure is feedback, mistakes are lessons.

Mission-Driven

We're here to get patients home faster, not just to build a successful company. Impact over revenue.

High Standards

Healthcare demands excellence. We hold ourselves to the highest standards of quality, security, and professionalism.
