Pricing FAQ
Why is it free for care homes?
Building the receiving-side network creates value for everyone and removes adoption barriers. Care homes benefit from streamlined referrals, and NHS trusts benefit from wider provider coverage. It's a win-win that accelerates platform adoption and improves patient outcomes.
Can we do a pilot first?
Absolutely! We strongly recommend 3-6 month pilots with 2-3 wards before trust-wide rollout. Pilot programmes have custom pricing, limited scope, and full support to validate the solution in your specific environment. This de-risks the investment and builds internal champions.
Do you offer NHS framework pricing?
We're applying for G-Cloud 14 and Health & Social Care Apps DPS framework listings. In the meantime, we can work through existing frameworks or direct procurement routes. Our pricing is designed to be NHS-friendly and competitive with framework rates.
What's included in standard support?
Standard business hours (Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm) email and phone support with priority escalation for critical issues. Monthly feature updates, quarterly business reviews, access to knowledge base and training materials, and dedicated account management. Priority support with SLAs is available as an add-on.
Is there a minimum contract term?
Typically 12 months for trust licences with 30-day termination clause after the initial term. Pilot programmes can be shorter (3-6 months) with option to convert to full licence. We want long-term partnerships, not locked-in customers, so contracts are designed to be fair and flexible.
What are the payment terms?
Quarterly billing in advance for annual contracts. Monthly billing for pilot programmes. Implementation fee typically split: 50% on contract signature, 50% on go-live. We work with NHS payment cycles and can accommodate financial year-end budgeting requirements.
How do outcomes-based pricing work?
Instead of per-bed annual fees, you pay £10-25 for each successful discharge coordinated through the platform. This aligns our incentives with yours—we only succeed when you succeed. Ideal for trusts that prefer opex to capex or want to prove ROI before committing to larger contracts. Minimum monthly fees may apply.
What about data migration and integration costs?
One EPR integration is included in the annual licence. Additional integrations are quoted separately based on complexity (typically £10,000-50,000 per system). Data migration from existing discharge systems is included in the implementation fee. We work with your IT team to minimise disruption and technical overhead.
Can we get a detailed cost breakdown?
Yes! Contact us with your organisation size, current discharge volumes, and specific requirements. We'll provide a detailed quote including annual licence, implementation costs, any add-ons, and ROI projections based on reduced bed days and improved patient flow. We're completely transparent about pricing.
